非晶合金铁芯变压器为三相五柱式结构，美国联信公司生产的非晶合金材料取代传统的硅钢片，它又称“金属玻璃”具有一般硅钢片无可比拟的特性，如耐压电阻、耐腐蚀、优良导磁和力学性能，比传统硅钢片平均降低空损75%左右，空载电流降低50%，负载损耗降低30%左右。
该产品高效节能，性能指标达到国际先进水平，97年9月通过省级鉴定。
SH15 non-crystalline alloy core transformer has three-phaseand five-pole structure, with non-crystalline alloy materieal from U.S.A.Uni-information Company instead of traditional silicon steel sheets, also called “Metal Glass”. It has specificbeyond comparison with cormal silicon 5teel sheets, such as voltage-resisting resistance. Corrosion-resisting, fine magnet-conduction and mechanics function, which can reduce average 75 percent no-load loss in comparison with traditional silicon steel sheets, over 50 percent no-load current, and about 30 percent load loss.
The product has high efficiency and energy-saving, its performance is up to the international advanced level, and passed appraisement by Henan Province in Sep.1997.
