本系列产品铁芯采用45°全斜接、阶梯形、三级接缝无孔绑扎结构，提高了铁芯导磁性能，线圈采用圆筒式和新型螺旋式，电气强度高，油箱采用波纹油箱或膨胀散热器，使油与大气隔绝，延长了油的使用寿命，提高了运行可靠性，散热效果好，空载损耗、空载电流、负载损耗，分别比国标平均降低10%、37%和23%左右，并于1997年通过省级鉴定。
The series products core is adopted with 45° complete-slanting, step form three-stage seam, no binding structure, improving the cores magnet conduction performance. The windings adopted with drum and new-type spiral have high electric intensity. The tank is adopted with corrugated tank or expansion radiator, making the fuel cut off with atmosphere, prolonging the service life of the fule, raising the reliability of performance, with good radiating effect. Its no-load loss, no-load carrier current, load loss is lower about 10 percent,37 percent,23 percent than the National standard and it has passed appraisement by Henan Province in 1997.
